She has also handled compliance submissions, tax document procurement, and sponsor-related data entry.
Grace’s proactive approach includes anticipating and resolving NIGO (Not in Good Order) notifications from account custodians, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports for advisors to support portfolio reviews and RMD/SWP tracking. Research, account maintenance, electronic filing, transfer of advisor protocol, documentation, and scheduling client meetings are a large part of her everyday schedule.
